1. Who is behind fliro.tech?

When you place an order with us, you enter into a contract with fliro.tech B.V., regardless of whether you order via fliro.tech or another of our websites.

2. Who do these terms apply to?

These terms apply to all orders placed through our website or by email, phone or other channels, whether you are a consumer or a business customer. Deviating terms apply only if we have expressly confirmed them in writing.

3. How is the contract concluded?

  1. You configure your product and submit your enquiry or order.
  2. We review your information and send you an order confirmation by email.
  3. The contract becomes binding only upon this confirmation.

4. Products and made-to-measure items

4.1 Made-to-measure items

Most of our products are manufactured individually based on your dimensions, colour selection and configuration. Each product is made specifically for you. Please measure carefully; production is based on the information you provide.

4.2 Standard goods

For standard products such as accessories, material sold by the metre or replacement parts that are not individually cut, the normal statutory provisions including the right of withdrawal apply.

5. Prices and payment

All prices shown on our website are final prices and include the statutory VAT applicable in the relevant country unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately.

Available payment methods may include credit card via Stripe, Klarna, bank transfer and Revolut. Available options are shown during checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands and Belgium. Other countries are available on request.

Typical delivery times after order confirmation are 5–7 working days for standard window products and up to 15 working days for more complex made-to-measure products.

Shipping may be handled by DHL, DPD, UPS or freight forwarders.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1 No right of withdrawal for made-to-measure items

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to your individual specifications. This includes, in particular, made-to-measure insect screens, pleated systems, roller blinds, light-well covers, doormats, special shapes, special colours, individually cut profiles or mesh and fliro.AIR climate frames.

7.2 Standard goods

For standard goods that are not individually manufactured or cut, consumers have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods.

8. Warranty and guarantee

You have the statutory warranty rights. For consumers, the statutory warranty period is two years from delivery.

In addition, we provide a five-year manufacturer guarantee on material and workmanship, subject to the stated guarantee conditions.

9. Installation service

We offer installation services in selected regions. Installation is ordered and charged separately. The installation situation must be accessible and the dimensions supplied must be correct.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and liability under product liability law. For slight negligence, liability applies only in the event of breach of essential contractual obligations and is limited to the foreseeable typical damage.

11. Privacy

Information on how we process personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Dutch law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer resident in another EU country, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country additionally apply. The place of jurisdiction for disputes with business customers is Arnhem, Netherlands.

13. Dispute resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms if legal or organisational circumstances change. For ongoing contracts, the version valid at the time the contract was concluded applies.
